A Cleaning Fee is payable per stay. The cost is €165 euros and is payable to the Property Management Company on arrival or by prior arrangement with the property manager. The fee is mandatory and covers a variety of costs such as Guest Police Registration – Spanish Law requires every guest that visits the island to be registered with the police prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £250 payable and refunded within 10 days of departure subject to no damage.
