Mandatory Charges
Administration Fee is payable per stay. The cost is £140 (€165) and is payable to the Property Management Company on arrival or by prior arrangement with the property manager. The fee is mandatory and covers a variety of costs such as Guest Police Registration – Spanish Law requires every guest that visits the island to be registered with the police prior to arrival. Villa preparation, cleaning, linen, towels, beach towels and our meet and greet service. The management team will be on hand during entire stay to ensure your comfortable stay.
A damage deposit of £250 payable and refunded within 10 days of departure subject to no damage.
Optional Charges
Pool heating for nominal cost of £100 (€116) per week on request, payable on arrival to the manager.
Air condition in all four rooms for £60 (€70) per week on request, payable on arrival to the manager.
The villa can be refreshed midweek, along with a change of towels at extra cost and should be arranged with Terry on arrival. Stay for two weeks or more, weekly refresh at no cost.
Cancellation
Cancellation request to be made in writing via email and can be made anytime. Cancellation fee as follows:

Adequate travel insurance should cover the cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances and hence, important to ensure its in place at the time of booking.
